I went tanning today for the first time in 2 years and burnt my butt! Also, I had my first experience in a booth, which wasn't the best 6 minutes of my time.
I think I have stumbled upon a new marketing venture: Tanning Booths for the 6 foot and taller society! While standing in the booth, with my hair blowing around, like Heather Lockler (minus the body), my arms fell asleep holding those tiny wristlets above and praying that my newly manicured nails wouldn't get caught in the fan above or my new haircut!!!
That machine is made for people between 4-5 feet no bigger than that. Although, my husband said he was 'just fine' of course he was, he didn't hold those things! I stood there for 6 minutes with my feet on the non-slip soles marked on the floor of the machine, praying for it to end sooner. AGH, I need a bed next time. Either I am too big for that thing, or just to lazy to stand up for that long! hmm
